M,T,W, Th 8am - 4:15pm (7.25 hours), F 8am - 4pm (7 hours) (1 hour lunch)

Salary:                  H5 Point 11 Pro Rata £22,036  (£24,030 FTE)

We wish to appoint to this 11-19 inclusive multi-cultural school a highly motivated, reliable and dynamic Personal Assistant to the Headteacher and Director of Business. The successful applicant will be expected to multi-task, providing full administrative support to the Headteacher and Director of Business.
You will have experience of working in a busy environment and working to high standards. You will be a first point of contact for anyone wishing to contact the Headteacher or Director of Business, and will be required to manage diaries, administer meetings, prepare papers, take minutes, create and format documents and have the ability to handle many projects at the same time.
Experience of working in a confidential environment is paramount to this role due to the many and varied matters dealt with on a daily basis. The successful applicant will have excellent inter-personal skills, be competent at using Microsoft Office suite of applications and be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a calm and professional manner at all times.
