Hours: 30 hours per week, 8:30am – 3:15pm (45 minute break)

Salary: H2 Point 3, £18,699 (FTE £26,238)

Due to continued growth in student numbers, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and flexible Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic team dedicated to providing an inclusive and challenging learning environment for our young people.                                      

The successful candidate will support young students who are having difficulties accessing the curriculum, working flexibly to support the students who may have learning and behavioural difficulties, often emotional and social.  Previous experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage, but not a requirement as training will be given. If you are passionate about enhancing our student’s educational journey and joining our friendly and caring team, we would very much look forward to your application.

Salary: H6 Point 16, (FTE £31,926) pro rata £25,598
